Oven

» To light the oven, follow this sequence: the oven door open, scratched a match, turn the knob and turn the burner immediately. Even the ovens with automatic lighting should only be lit with the door open. Never open the gas without having at hand the matches. The delay in lighting the burner may cause accumulation of gas in the oven. If this happens, turn the (closing), ventilate the room until the smell over the script and proceed as above.

» After firing the oven, make sure the burner is fully lit.

» Avoid frequently opening the oven door when it is working. Try to use the oven to bake several things at once. Optimize your use.

» Reduce the flame when the furnace reached the desired temperature. Try to schedule the meals for their families, to avoid reheating of food. After cooking, wrap the pots in newspaper or put them in the oven to keep food warm longer.
